Architecture

Good design is inspiring. It reflects the values of a building and integrates the building seamlessly into its environment. Our architects think holistically and create designs with an eye for understated maturity and harmony. They work closely with our statics specialists, structural engineers and other specialists to arrive at the optimal solution for the task.

Civil engineering

Civil engineers are qualified in every aspect of the field, from designing load-bearing structures in buildings and bridges to geo-sensitive foundations. In every project phase, from the project phase, design detailed execution planning to on-site construction supervision, we aim to arrive the most effective and efficient solution, so that your requirements with respect to functionality, quality and resource use are optimally fulfilled.

Interior and object design

We have on our staff interior architects and designers to create interior spaces. They will define the spatial identity – defined by colour, materials and lighting as well as furniture and accessories –individually and in continuous dialogue with you. We strive for a congruent overall idiom, fine craftsmanship and economic use of resources.

Structural engineering and acoustics

Protect buildings and create comfortable living spaces: our specialists in building physics and acoustics take care of heat and moisture control, room hygiene, noise-proofing and ensure that designs are implemented economically and sustainably.

Energy and ecology

Conserve resources, care for the environment: we will advise you in all matters involving energy and sustainability in building. Our energy experts can implement all current building standards (e.g. MINERGIE, MINERGIEP, MINERGIE-Eco, passive housing etc.) or can meet specific requirements e.g. heat conservation measures to be eligible for funding
